Utah mother of three, Kouri Richins wrote a children’s book about grief almost a year after her husband Eric Richins passed away in March of 2022. She wrote the book as she wanted to help kids struggling with the loss of a loved one like her own children had. However, a month after her book was published and receiving praise from the local media for helping children deal with their grief, Kouri’s story took a sinister turn, and she was charged with the murder of her husband by poisoning him with a lethal dose of fentanyl. So, what makes one kill their spouse?
